Shotblasting and Painting

Our Shotblasting Standing is SA2.5

In our blast room, we can accommodate 60 x 20ft, with a maximum lift of 28t.

We have a 4-bay industrial paint shop with heavy lift capabilities.

We paint anything from a Bently to a Bulldozer.

Fabrication

Our 3-bay fabrication shed is fitted with overhead cranes, a 150 t brake press, a guillotine, and heavy-duty rollers. We have two fully equipped 7.5 t mobile workshops fitted with high amperage welders for all your onsite welding needs.

Fleet Maintenance + Repairs

Here at R. J & I Wells, we have a 2 bay workshop for maintaining and repairing customers' vehicles.

This includes full MOT prep, heavy or light repairs, and 6 weekly inspections.

We also have two fully equipped mobile workshops, fitted with high amperage welders, oxy-acetylene bottles, a generator, a band compressor, and carrying an extensive array of parts for roadside repairs/breakdowns.

Our Hiab

Our HIAB trailer was made fully in-house and can self-load 17.5t at a distance of 4.5 meters, and 5.5t at a distance of 50 ft.
